Trading
NASDAQ, five years, one process
Five years focused on the same market have not produced an infallible method. They have produced a process, a list of mistakes I recognise earlier, and the habit of writing everything down.
NASDAQ · NQ / MNQThis is educational, retrospective content. It is not a signal service and does not promise returns.
Learn01Build concepts in order instead of collecting isolated setups.
Understand myself02Recognise fear, impatience and the behaviours that change execution.
Review03Study good decisions, stopped trades and mistakes with the same standard.
Document04Turn every week into evidence for the next decision.
How I approach a trade
- 01ContextWhere the market is before I have an opinion: the session, the range it is working in, and what happened the previous day.
- 02HypothesisOne sentence describing what I expect and what would prove me wrong.
- 03AreaThe specific zone where the idea is valid. Outside it, there is no trade.
- 04LiquidityWhere the obvious stops sit, and who is likely to be trapped.
- 05StructureWhether price is confirming the hypothesis on the reading timeframe.
- 06ConfirmationThe trigger on the execution timeframe. Without it I do not enter.
- 07RiskSize, invalidation and partial exit decided before the order, never after.
- 08ReviewThe trade written down the same day, whether it worked or not.
Where to go from here
I trade NASDAQ futures — NQ and MNQ — during the New York session. I read context on the 15-minute chart and execute on the 1-minute chart. Everything above is the same process, written down as it happens.
The site is written in Spanish first. These English pages are the summary; the psychology section, the real cases and the weekly notes are published in Spanish and linked below.
